Delete your expenseOS account
You can erase your data from the app or by email. Deletion is permanent.
In the app (fastest)
- Sign in to expenseOS.
- Open Profile photo → Profile Settings.
- Optionally download your transactions (CSV) from that page.
- Under Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.
Household owners with other members must remove them (or transfer ownership) first.
By email
Email sumiet@expenseos.app from the address you signed up with. We complete the request within 7 working days.
Unused accounts
If you do not post a transaction yourself for 31 days, we send warnings and then auto-delete the account. Details are in the Terms of use.
