1. The service
expenseOS is a personal finance app operated by 365 Web Developers (Pune, India). You must be 16 or older. Finie is informational and is not financial, investment, or tax advice.
2. Your account
You sign in with an email one-time code. You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share your login codes.
3. Deleting your account
You can leave in two ways:
- In the app: Profile → Delete account. Type DELETE. Deletion is immediate and not recoverable. Download a CSV of your transactions first if you want a copy.
- By email: write to sumiet@expenseos.app from your signup address. We complete email requests within 7 days.

4. Inactivity auto-deletion
If you do not add a user-posted transaction for 31 days, we schedule your account for automatic deletion. Recurring auto-posts (and scheduled goal contributions) do not count. Logging via the add form, Finie confirm, a quick template, or CSV import does count. Signing in without posting does not.
We warn you on day 16, day 26, and 6 hours before deletion, by email, Finie chat, and the Insights Hub. On day 31 we email a CSV of your transactions (if any, and if the file is small enough) and permanently delete the account. This is not recoverable.
Household owners with other active members are not auto-deleted until those members leave or ownership is transferred.
5. What we keep
After deletion, personal data is gone. Anonymous audit-log UUIDs may be kept for up to 7 years for legal compliance. See the Privacy policy.
