Import and export CSV

Download an analysis-ready CSV or import old transactions from Profile. Free and Pro.

Moving in from a spreadsheet? Or taking your data with you? CSV.

1. Profile photo → Profile Settings.
2. Find the CSV card (below Quick Templates).
3. Export — optional date range, download.
4. Import — upload, map columns if headers differ, preview, confirm.

Accounts are never auto-created. Unknown account names fail that row. Household pots are rejected on import. Duplicates with the same fingerprint are skipped.

Cap: 5 MB / 2,000 rows per import. Sample file is in the wizard.
