Accounts hold balances. Transactions move money. Budgets and goals give it a job. Finie talks to all of it.

One mental model. Steal it:

1. Accounts — savings, current, cash, credit card, wallet, loan. Your balances live here.
2. Transactions — expense, income, or transfer. This is the diary.
3. Budgets & envelopes — a plan for categories, not a guilt trip.
4. Goals — a target with a date. Emergency fund and debt tools sit here too.
5. Finie — asks and answers using your data. Informational, not a CA.

You do not need all five on day one. Add an account, log a few spends, then say hi to Finie.
