Delete your account

Erase your expenseOS data in the app or by email. Unused accounts are auto-deleted after 31 days with warnings.

You can leave anytime. Deletion is permanent.

In the app

Clcik on Profile photo and go to Profile Settings.
Optionally Download my transactions (CSV).
Under Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Household owners with other members must remove them first (Family card on the same page).

By email

Email sumiet@expenseos.app from the address you signed up with. We complete the request within 7 working days.

Unused accounts

If you do not post a transaction yourself for 31 days, expenseOS sends warnings (email + Finie messages) on day 16, day 26, and 6 hours before deletion, then deletes the account. Recurring auto-posts do not reset that clock. Details: Terms of use.
